Congratulations!!   You have now reserved you spot for the  TOLGBT Community Potluck Picnic on August 10th from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Below is a reminder of how to find us if you have never been to the Tacoma Older LGBT Annual Community Picnic or Wapato Park.

Directions to the Kiwanis Picnic site at Wapato Park:
Please access the park through the entrance on S. 72nd St. as Sheridan St between S.56th & S.72nd  is currently closed for construction. If this changes we will let you know in the reminder email a day or two before the picnic.

Upon entering the park, veer right, passing the police substation. At the roundabout, take the second right and proceed on this one way road. Look for sandwich board sign  "TOLGBT Community Picnic" and make a right turn at the sign onto the dirt road and proceed.

Note: The picnic site road will be on your right, just before the park service building entrance. It's is a short distance from the sign to reach the picnic site.  If you get to the dog park you have gone to far, you will need to make the loop. 

 
Parking is available within the picnic site but please carpool if you can. If you have a disability and can't walk far but the site parking is full. Let us know at the Check In table and we will work with you to find a spot.
